DS painting program?

What is the name of the program and where can I get it? It would be usefull to be able to create such high quality images on the go.

its called Max Media for nintendo DS made by Datel.. it comes with a media dock too. the images are small but they do upload to a computer. there i take them into photoshop and enlarge the image. it is really handy for simple sketches but they won't be high quality. I'd say try and search for it on google, i got mine from my brother and i don't know where he got it.
